Amie is passionate about the divine intersection of marketplace and ministry leaders uniting around a central vision to impact her city. She serves primarily executives, entrepreneurs, ministry leaders and collegiate coaches. Amie and her husband, Pete, have two delightful daughters and one Coonhound.

Leadership role model: Dave Bushnell, the US Field Team Director for the Global Leadership Network, inspires Amie to be a stronger mobilizer of fellow influencers.

 Kevin cares about serving and championing leadership in Omaha and believes that business and faith leaders together can influence servant leadership across the world. A leader in the financial services industry, Kevin enjoys connecting with people one-on-one and developing the next generation of financial sales professionals. He’s married to his best friend, Debbie, and together they have three adult children.

Leadership role model: Billy Graham and several local pastors have made a positive influence on Kevin through their commitment to Christ, character, and loving service to others.

Walt, or “Hook,” as he’s known to many, is committed to the vision of building a world-class leadership community that creates impact and ignites transformation. A pastor for 25 years, Hook loves serving with people, teaching, and counseling. He and his wife, Melba, have three adult children and seven grandchildren and spend their free time enjoying BBQ, cards, and pool.

Leadership role model: Pastor Gary Hoyt, a former boss of Hook’s, had a prayer life and commitment to Christ that was authentic and primary in his life.

Erin believes in the mission of Omaha Leaders and loves growing and serving alongside so many talented leaders. Working with others is what fuels Erin’s soul, especially as she serves small business, nonprofits, and local communities. She’s married to her best friend, Justin, and they stay active together raising their two young sons.

Leadership role model: Erin admits that many leaders inspire her, but that she especially admires Amie Gamboian’s intentionality and Rachel Hollis’ inspirational content.

Brad enjoys encouraging others, investing in people, and watching everyone grow in their God-given potential. As CEO of Lueder Construction Company, Brad’s primary leadership role includes serving over 100 employees at his company. He is husband to Mary, dad to four adult children, and a grandfather of five.

Leadership role model: Ronald Reagan led at the highest level with a blend of confidence, strength, and humility.

Sarah values connecting with people and listening to their unique stories, and she cares about the faith-based mission and calling of Omaha Leaders. Sarah helps small businesses and individuals recognize their potential and be their best. She and her husband, Mark, have two adult children who live in Omaha.

Leadership role model: Ken Blanchard fully embraces servant leadership and is an outstanding teacher on a greater mission to serve God’s kingdom.

Janyne appreciates the intersection of Christianity and leadership as a foundation for excellence in organizations. Skilled in facilitating learning and growth, she leads executives and their teams. Janyne was a Protestant nun before she married her husband and architect, Mike, multiplying her immediate and extended family from 11 to over 150.

Leadership role model: Michael Hyatt delivers engaging blogs, online courses, and group coaching that work for many different learning styles.

Executive Director, Assure Women's Center

Toni believes in equipping people to use their gifts and talents in the workplace to honor God. In her role as executive director at Assure Women’s Center, Toni serves women facing unplanned pregnancies and their families, and she also equips the Assure team to help them lead effectively. She has two talented daughters and enjoys staying active and relishing the outdoors.

Leadership role model: Patrick Lencioni offers practical leadership opportunities in an engaging and practical format.


Communications Committee Chair

Director, Crown College Omaha

Katelin is passionate about creating opportunities for rising leaders to learn and be influenced by seasoned leaders. She believes that everyone can be inspired toward growth by those they spend time alongside. Katelin serves her city through leading a local college program committed to equipping the next generation of Christ-followers for leadership in their families, careers, and ministries. She and her husband have one young son and enjoy taking him on new adventures.

Leadership role model: Dave Ramsey is an inspirational leader for small business owners and leaders because he is consistently focused on serving his team. Katelin enjoys his "Entreleadership" content and the way that Dave draws from his own life experiences as he coaches others.

Associate Art Director, Swanson Russell

Bri values the unifying mission of Omaha Leaders and is passionate about encouraging others toward their God-given identity. As an art director, Bri uses her artistic gifts to hear the heart of organizations and propel their missions forward with creative communication and strategic design. She is married to her best friend, Bryce, and together they lead other young couples toward Christ-centered marriages and healthy financial practices.

Leadership role model: Bri is especially grateful for Lifegate pastors Micah and Shireen Eldridge and the way they model servant leadership in marriage.

Director of Education Development, University of Nebraska Medical Center

Faye is a firm believer in people and loves surrounding herself with impactful leaders, solving problems, and serving her community. She’s a self-proclaimed technology nerd with a love for learning, holding a bachelor’s in education, a master’s in curriculum and instruction, and a doctorate in educational administration. An enthusiastic Enneagram 7, Faye loves spending time with friends and family, including her supportive husband, Tim, and two daughters.

Leadership role model: Faye is in awe of authentic female leaders -- the trailblazers who are full of passion and imagination; the ones who life others, have servant hears, and have changed the world.

Jack loves the vision of uniting together to serve and transform our city by raising the bar of leadership across all sectors. A pastor and people-person to his core, Jack enjoys helping others find authentic relationships, knowing that God moves powerfully through community. He loves his wonderful wife, Chelsea, and three young children.

Leadership role model: Carey Nieuwhof is a forward-thinking, genuine, and humble leader who’s ruthless about improving and adapting and providing timely, practical content for church leaders.
